Amidst the shadow of the willow trees that line historic Salem Commons rests the first Paranormal Bed'n Breakfast on New England's North Shore. The land was purchased by William Hunt in 1841, a prominent China Merchant. The estate was built in 1842 and passed hands twice more, before coming ownership to the Etheridge Family.
November 2008, a collaboration of some of the finest paranormal investigators came together to conduct the first professional documentation of hauntings throughout the house. The evidence they collected was phenomenal - guaranteed to make the hair stand up on the back of your neck!
Spiritual Medium, Robyne Marie (deemed the Boston Ghost Magnet) teamed up with renown EVP Specialist, Michael Markowicz - along with seasoned investigation group, Spirit Seekers of New England. In a brief 2 1/2 hours on a rainy Sunday evening, the team wired the house with sound equipment and began snapping away on their night vision cameras. In the lowest of lighting, Robyne Marie lead the group one room at a time, as she channeled the spirits that lie within. What they would experience would be far beyond their expectations. The erie tinkling of bells, a little girl giggling and unexplainable items moving right before their eyes! The group stayed close together, as owners Paul and Bobby followed behind.
Bone chilling evidence! Robyne Marie made astounding contact while channeling all spirits willing to come through. The ghost of Sarah, the beautiful aristocrat who died in the house, a full bodied funeral director who resided there for years prior, and a full bodied apparition named Giocomo who laid the brick in the cellar all made their presence. Michael Markowicz collected nearly 200 EVP's, leaving 70 finished pieces that are clear as a bell. The Spirit Seekers filmed live, in hopes of capturing what we were all seeing, feeling, and hearing.
